What does a nut and bolt restoration mean at Monarch?
It means nothing is reused blindly. Every build starts from a new KTL-coated chassis and moves through our 12-stage process, with every component either new or brought up to new standards.
How is a Monarch different from a refurbished Defender?
A refurbished truck gets paint and patches. A Monarch is built from the ground up over 6 to 12 months with a new chassis, modern GM V8 power, and a hand-finished interior, to a standard closer to a new vehicle than a repair.
Can I see examples of completed restorations?
Yes. We document our completed builds, and scheduled visits to our facility in Grayslake, Illinois are welcome if you want to inspect the work in person.
